GYM

Our gym is for use by over 16’s. Gym induction fees are £10 standard induction, £15 to include vibra-plates.

We have a well-equipped gym with:

  • Rowing machine
  • Stepper
  • Cross-trainer
  • Two treadmills
  • Cycle trainer
  • Small trampoline
  • Wobble boards
  • Physio balls
  • Work bench and dumbells (0.5kg-5kg)
  • Air mats
  • Lojer pulley
  • and more…..

Membership allows you unlimited use of the gym during open hours.
Single Membership = £22 per month
Couple Membership = £35 per month
Family Membership = £46 per month – (restricted to family of four and over 16’s only)
We also have a ‘pay as you go’ option where, after your induction, you can pay a flat rate of £5.00 per visit.

Laughter Yoga

The New Forest Laughter Club run a session each month from Fenwick on the second Saturday from 10.30am to 11.30am.

Laughter Yoga is a method of using laughter for physical, psychological and emotional health and wellbeing.

The Laughter Club is FREE OF CHARGE!

Walking for Health

Our Walking for Health group usually meets on Fridays from 10.30am for forest walks in a social group. The group is run by Sue Shaw and Jessica Pike and is free of charge. The group is open to people of all abilities. Well behaved Dogs are welcome if kept on a lead.
