Home Care Home Care

Home Care

We are proud to be a not-for-profit organisation offering a personalised home care service that is led by you.

Our service supports you to maintain your chosen lifestyle so you can continue to live independently in your own home.

What does care and support mean to you?

We believe that each customer is unique with their own individual preferences and needs. A member of our home care team will visit you to create a care plan for you. We use an approach called person-centred planning, which puts you at the heart of the support we provide. It outlines what you want from your care visits, and how we can support you best. This helps everyone to understand what is important to you and how we can work well together.

On call service

Our team of office staff are on hand to help and answer any questions you may have while receiving care from us. We provide an on call service so you can get in touch even when the office is shut. Our on call service is open between 7am- 9am and 5pm- 10pm weekdays and 7am- 10pm weekends.
