Please complete and email to fundraising@sciagroup.co.uk or via post to Fundraising Officer, Social Care in Action, Amplevine House, Dukes Road, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 0ST.
Once you have completed your form, all you need to remember is to tell us if there are any changes to your tax status, name or address.
What if I’m a higher rate tax payer?
If you are a higher rate tax payer at 40% or more, you can claim the difference between the higher and your basic rate. You can do this via your Self Assessment tax return or by asking HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) to amend your tax code.
What if I forgot to tick the Gift Aid box, if I get in contact could you still claim it?
We can claim the tax back on any financial donation you have made in the last four years, providing you have paid at least that amount in tax that year from either income or capital gains tax.
